Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I have two queries following three days of my current chastity period.

1. I’m waking up suddenly, around 3 or 4 times each night. This seems typical as you adjust to the device, but during my previous stint, it was just one awakening per night, roughly an hour before my alarm sounded. Does this frequency vary over time, or is it linked to knowing that Mistress holds the key rather than me?
2. For about a day now, I’ve felt that my scrotum is firmer than normal. It’s manageable while moving around, but sitting for extended periods becomes uncomfortable. The skin looks fine and isn’t overly sensitive, yet I wonder if the cage or ring might still be slightly too snug, or if there’s another factor at play.
