Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hey everyone, I think I’ve found someone serious to be my Keyholder, but I have some thoughts and worries. Controlling when I’m allowed to orgasm has always been something I wanted from a KH, yet a few issues are nagging at me. For one, my job is very practical, so I’m curious about how comfortable these cages can get in that setting. Right now I’m using the CB3000. Does anyone else with a hands-on job deal with this, and how do you manage? Second, I go to the gym two or three times weekly; I’d like to know what options are available there and how people handle it. Best wishes.
