Suppose you got measured perfectly. What happens if your penis measures between 2 and 3 inches while flaccid, but expands to roughly 5-6 inches when erect? Could the soft state just fail to remain inside the tube? It seems that with lotion involved—similar to other chastity cages—you might be able to draw it out even with the Neosteel belt locked. Has anyone experienced this issue themselves? Or is the Neosteal really as solid as everyone claims?
