I’ve practiced various styles of chastity for over ten years and recently discovered what I believe is the finest innovation in a good while. Many of you use external catheters—sometimes referred to as Texas Catheters—within your chastity device or belt, which I have also done. The main issue with that method is that the adhesive doesn’t hold up very long and can irritate the delicate skin below. Plus, you must unlock yourself from the device or belt to replace it.
Here’s a workaround: (It only applies if you’re locked in devices like steelworxx, millers, mature metal, Lori’s, etc., that use a “trapped ball” style.) Purchase silicon catheters one size larger than your usual fit and simply stick them onto the OUTSIDE of your device. Press firmly around the edges to ensure a strong bond with the adhesive, then trim away any excess material extending beyond the device’s metal (or plastic) frame using small scissors. I also snip off a little from the tube’s end for tidiness. With this setup and access to a good hand shower, you only need to swap out the catheter once every week.
This approach offers two advantages: First, regarding urination, it works almost normally—except that to prevent leaks from the back of my device, I have to pull both the tube and testicles through the fly when going (not a big deal, but you’ll want some privacy). Second, for keyholders who enjoy spraying water through your device’s slots or holes: by placing the catheter externally, those pleasurable sensations are reduced. While I could never quite reach an orgasm via that method before, now limited to just once weekly during changes, I truly miss it!
Here is a link to the type of catheters I have been using: Hope this helps!
