From this day forth the KEYHOLDER(s) will be known as KH and the subject will be known as sub. This contract may be terminated at anytime by any party involved for any reason. This contract is binding upon signatures at the end of the document. Any arbitration of contract breach will be heard by the KH. KH may, at any time, seek to amend the contract after consultation with the sub. The sub, at any time, may ask the KH to amend this contract in the form of a consultation. All amendments by the sub must be submitted in writing. If the amendment requested is not ratified, the KH may, at her discretion, place judgment on the sub for “wasting her time” and render punishment. Terms of punishment will be defined in this contract. ​ Consideration: Whereas the KH desires to have and control the sub and is prepared to dedicate sufficient (sufficient defined by the KH) amounts of her time and energy of time to keep, train use and abuse the sub. For her efforts, the KH will receive $20.00 from the sub. Whereas the sub desires to be completely controlled, kept and used by the KH and is prepared to totally submit himself to the domination of the KH. Overview: Any and all arguments concerning this contract will be heard in the court of the KH. It is not legally binding in any other court. The sub will wear a male chastity device. The sub will not tamper with, attempt escape from nor destroy the device as it is the property of the KH (even though the device was purchased by the sub). The sub will perform all duties asked of him, without bitching, moaning or complaining, even when not in lock up. On the rare occasions when the sub is permitted freedom, he will act as a normal human being. His heart, soul and body parts will remain the property of the KH and he will be subject to her in all ways. The sub will maintain proper hygiene with his entire body and he agrees to maintain the device in “as new condition”. The sub will follow all instruction from the KH from this day forward and is subject to inspection at any time. All details regarding duration of confinement, expectations for behavior and punishment will be detailed in the Terms section of this contract. Any details not in this contract may be added either verbally or in writing by the KH at anytime. The KH will, at all times, treat the sub with fairness (whatever that means). The KH will enforce and oversee this and other contracts. Any ruling or punishment handed down by the KH will be considered final. If the sub requests an objection or modification and is denied, additional time of confinement will be added on to the sentence. Other creative methods of punishment may be handed down by the KH as she sees fit as a substitute for extending the sentence. The sentence will be defined as release dates of the sub. The KH will keep track of these dates (Time permitting). The KH will be expected to enjoy herself and find ways to make her life more relaxing, exciting, enjoyable and sexually satisfying. The KH may place expectation on the sub to make the above a reality. The KH has ownership rights to the sub. The KH may rent, sell, or disregard the sub at anytime and for any reason. The sub may request a hearing on the rent or sale. Arguments will be heard by the KH and if deemed the argument is unjust she will act accordingly, serving her best interests. The KH may appoint, at a time of her choosing, an alternate KH known as AKH. The AKH will have all dominion over the sub but will act accordingly to the agreement between her/him and the KH. The sub has no say so in the appointment of the AKH other then to know who it is. Any agreements between the KH and AKH are between them alone and are of no concern of the sub. The AKH does not initially have ownership rights to the sub. The KH may grant ownership rights at her discretion and at anytime. If the KH appoints an AKH, the sub must pay $20.00 directly to him/her for the contract to be binding upon them. Purpose of Lockup: It has been determined by both the KH and the sub that the sub has been less then adequate satisfying the needs of the KH both in attitude and sexual prowess. Reasons for this according to the KH are as follows (in her own words):

Terms as follows: Terms: As of this day, the sub will become the property of the KH. All rights of the sub will be dictated by the KH. You have given up all other rights. The 10 Behavioral Expectations Of The sub​ The KH has expectation of the sub. Because the sub has been deemed an inadequate lover it has been decided that chastity may cure some deficiencies. It is understood that even if the sub can return to some sense of normalcy in his ability to perform satisfactorily, the KH deserves better than satisfactory. Because of this, the following are expectations of the KH concerning the sub:

24. The sub must expect the unexpected while expecting nothing Needs of the sub: It is noted herein that the sub does have needs. As the connection between himself and the KH opens up, the sub begins asking for various freedoms. He remains grateful at all times, but when granted these liberties, he MUST show gratitude that exceeds even the highest expectations of the KH. One liberty the KH will never allow is self-masturbation purely for his own pleasure. Examples of such freedoms might include sleeping in her bed, wearing panties, smoking women’s cigarettes, and having sex with other people. Under this contract, if it doesn’t explicitly say the sub can do something, he cannot. Anything not mentioned within these terms counts as a liberty that must be requested. Duration of Lock-up: Preface As stated before, the device’s purpose is to give control over orgasms in the hands of the KH, shifting the sub’s focus back to her. 3. Rinsed down the sink. Placing a condom full of WG into a waste basket does not count as proper disposal. The WG must be removed from the condom using one of the approved methods before the empty condom is tossed in the bin. The KH may add more instructions on disposal to ensure WG doesn’t touch anything important. Lock Up: The first week The initial phase starts with the “Lock-Up Ceremony.” The time, place, day, and specific details will be set by the KH. During daylight hours, the sub wears the device, but it may come off at night for sleeping. If the sub feels pain during this first week, he may ask to have the device removed. The KH will consider this request based on how much “pain” is actually being experienced. She decides whether it is genuine pain or just discomfort that needs to be endured. 6. Swimming/Water sports
7. Other events as determined and approved by the KH WG Removal: As mentioned, because it is un-healthy for the sub to keep WG in his system, he must be allowed to expel it regularly. His WG will be expelled every 2 weeks. This can happen during an expected or other exemption day from lock-up as noted above only if the KH has authorized the sub to have an orgasm on that day. If the sub is not authorized to release his WG on one of these days and it has been 14 days since his last expulsion, the KH ensures the WG is removed by a method she approves. The sub must dispose of his WG as stated earlier in the contract. Punishments: The KH holds authority and the right to punish the sub for various reasons or no reason at all. These punishments serve both the discipline of the sub and the pleasure of the KH. She administers them based on what is needed. The KH expects the sub to suggest creative ways he should be punished. Depending on the offense, the type may vary. Forms of punishment include: a) Physical pain (spankings, whippings, electric shock, hot wax…) B) Extended means of discomfort c) Bondage d) Humiliation e) Denial of un-lock days f) Retraction of liberties The punishment can take any form and severity the KH deems fit for training and discipline. The KH ensures at all times the safety of the sub, avoiding un-necessary pain or humiliation beyond what is truly required. Other Expectations Of The sub During Lock-Up: · The sub will do his best to ensure comfort for the KH · The sub will not whine, beg, or try to manipulate the KH · The sub will not argue with or antagonize the KH · The sub will accept any form of punishment enthusiastically and cheerfully · The sub will wear clothing suggested by the KH · The sub shows respect and admiration at all times to the KH · The sub respects the private time(s) of the KH · To the best of his limited ability, the sub ensures the sexual pleasures of the KH are met · The sub assists the KH in finding suitable pleasure givers or lovers for her enjoyment. · The sub submits to anyone the KH instructs him to submit to · The sub maintains a smooth body (no hair below his eyes) Boyfriends/Pleasure Givers/Lovers​ Preface Boyfriends/Pleasure Givers/Lovers will be known as BPL. The sub and KH have had many discussions about BPL in “hot talk” situations to stimulate the sub while he touches himself for masturbation. We all know why we are here now!!! Since the sub is no longer masturbating, the need for “hot talk” regarding BPL is less critical. Any discussion of BPL will be treated as serious and actual business. The list of potential BPL will encompass all xxxxxxx and close friends. Meetings arranged between the KH and a PBL require agreement from both the sub and the KH, provided the sub is nearby; if not, this constraint relaxes as much as possible. The KH will keep the sub informed about potential BPL whenever she can. She won’t tease the sub by lying about her plans with BPL—meaning that if the KH claims she’s having lunch with a BPL, it truly happens.

Throughout any dating period, the sub must stay locked up. If a date occurs on one of the sub’s “free days,” that day is not honored but shifted to another time. The sub may be present at these dates only if requested by both the KH and the BPL who wish for it. In such cases where they decide the sub should attend, he will only be allowed physical contact with either the KH or the specific BPL upon their approval. Additionally, the KH has the power to grant temporary KH rights to a chosen BPL.

When dating a BPL, the KH must keep the sub in mind, remembering that he is a significant part of the experience. Audio, video, text messaging, phone calls, and photography are all valid methods for communication between the KH and the sub. The sub cannot initiate contact during a date unless specifically asked to do so; this rule helps ensure the safety of the KH when meeting a new BPL. The sub can request permission before the KH leaves for a date. Prior to any outing, the sub will attend to every need and desire of the KH. This is indeed the precious time when she receives her greatest attention from him.

Any other requirements regarding the BPL are entirely at the discretion of the KH and do not concern the sub directly.

Consideration restated: The KH wishes to have and control the sub, dedicating sufficient (as defined by the KH) amounts of time and energy to keep, train, use, and abuse him. Meanwhile, the sub desires complete control, being kept and used entirely by the KH, ready to totally submit himself to her domination.

By signing and dating below, all parties enter into this contract alongside a $20.00 payment from the sub to either the KH or KHA. The terms are outlined at the beginning of the document.

Termination: The contract remains in effect indefinitely but can be ended by either party at any time.
