I dealt with the usual beginner struggles—painful erections (or at least attempts) during those initial weeks in my cage.

After about three or four weeks, almost all of these issues vanished completely.

But for the last two nights, I’ve woken up twice each time because an erection became painful thanks to the device. It felt a bit odd that I had slept through the night for over two months and then this started happening again.

I have managed orgasms occasionally during my four months of being locked up, so I’m unsure if these nighttime erections are linked to those or just mental arousal.
