As a wearer, I make sure to keep the base ring well-lubricated so the cage can conform better to my body. It’s important that the cage is free enough to move slightly around the scrotum. Mine always seems to drift toward my left side. A photo from MistressKeyholder online looks very much like what I’m experiencing:

I frequently twist it back into the straight position, but eventually, it returns to that leftward tilt. Does anyone else have this same experience?
