Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello everyone, I’ve been lurking as a guest reader here for quite a while and am now new to posting on this board. I have a question and would appreciate some advice. My mistress wants no more children with me and has proposed that I get a vasectomy. As I look into it further, other related topics catch my eye. Initially, I was really drawn to the idea of castration—I love being her Eunuch. Also, although I’ve used a CB6000 before, I find it not very sanitary because of my foreskin. This makes me consider an adult circumcision alongside having the vas deferens tied off; it could make wearing a cage much more effective going forward and support long-term chastity.

What does everyone think? Is physical (as opposed to chemical) castration a good option? Would anyone do it without undergoing SRS? And, has anybody had experience with adult circumcision? Thanks!
