Mature Metal discussion

ok, my mistress and I have danced around the idea for a long time—but I think we really want to try a MM device—and we’re going to go the whole way with a DreamLover 2000 also. I’m very concerned about getting the right device and sizing. Apparently, any MM should work with the DL, but the most popular models appear to be JB and QK. Is the difference mostly style? Is there any reason to prefer one over the other? (and any other factor I should consider seeing as how we’re going to be using the DL also) Sizing is a difficult issue for us. The only plastic/silicon device that was any “good” for me was the HT. All the CB-x things were no good. I’m kind of a “high and tight” or “high and dense” type for the scrotum—and I’m definitely a “grower”, which will make it hard to fit any device. For anybody who is familiar with the HT models, their 45 mm A-ring is the one I use—but it’s a tough fit; very difficult to get the second ball in without the first one coming out. I think the A-ring that’s best for me in the MM series is the 1 7/8” size. And (“grower”, remember?) I’ll probably end up with the 1 1/8” for the inside diameter. Length has been a little trickier. I think I’m coming up with 1 3/8”, but I’ll try to measure a few more times before committing. The biggest sizing issue has been on the gap. I really don’t even know what this is supposed to be measuring. There was no combination of gaps and spacers that worked well for me on the CBs, so that’s part of the problem-no basis for comparison. I’m told that 3/8 is standard (which means it’s probably not for me), while high-and-tight-ers often opt for 1/2”. The folks at MM suggested splitting the difference with trying a semi-custom 7/16”—so I’d appreciate any word from those who’ve “already been there” on that. I’ve also heard of people asking for other semi-custom jobs like “spreading the bars out” or other things which seem to have to do with foreskin issues (I’m circumcised, so that’s not a problem), or making it easier to pee standing up (which I think I’d prefer). Can anybody advise on this one? Anti-pullout pins (the smaller blunt ones) seem like they’d be “fun”. We’re talking about going for the security screw lock mechanisms for when the DL is not going to be in use (when the DL is being used, apparently we have to deal with the serial-numbered tags). Are there any other sort of less-well-known custom issues I should know about—especially seeing as how I’m looking to use with the DL and that I’m not a one-size-fits-all type. Thanks for any help.
