Skin Dryness on the Penis

Greetings everyone,

I’ve spotted some slight dryness on the upper part of my penis, specifically where the top metal band of the Watchful Mistress sits. It isn’t severely dry; it looks a bit more wrinkled and smooth…almost shiny. I don’t apply any products while wearing it, keeping it on 24/7 for anywhere between 7 to 14 days at a time. Would applying a small amount of lotion daily be beneficial or would it aggravate the issue?
