Testicles Passing Through the Device

I’d love to hear from some of the regulars here about testicles slipping past the device. I’ve been doing chastity play intermittently for roughly a year, and fortunately, it hasn’t happened yet. I’ve upgraded to a Queens Keep model now, so I can’t picture what would be required to get one through. Still, I’m always anxious that it might occur at work or in public during an awkward moment.

How frequently does this slipping actually happen? When it does, is it just a brief period of discomfort where you can quietly find a restroom, or are we talking about collapsing onto the ground while frantically searching for an emergency key?
