When I break a sweat, my Jail Bird tends to slide down and tilt out of position. At 56 years old with a low-hanging scrotum, this is particularly troublesome for me.

I have a soft spot for steel because it looks good and stays clean. However, in my case, its weight makes it slippery, causing that sliding issue where the cage doesn’t always sit exactly where I want it to be.

Does anyone know of a really light steel cage that could solve this? Am I overlooking something regarding how to keep a steel cage from dropping so much? Would getting a PA piercing help stabilize the cage better?
