Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

My wife and I have dabbled in chastity a little, but I haven’t found a device that stays put on me; my testicles are fairly small and they just slide through the ring. We took a break from it for some time, but we’re keen to start playing again. However, she claims she doesn’t want me locked up because the devices aren’t practical and don’t stay on me anyway. To me, part of the fun and arousal comes from having that thing attached as a reminder that she is in charge. Then she suggested that if I want one to remain secure, I should get a piercing. I’m not keen on a PA piercing but would consider a frenulum one. Are there any good or secure devices available for someone with small testicles who uses a frenulum piercing?
