I stumbled upon a somewhat unique gadget by chance today. The person in the original photo appears to be very at ease with this small piece. I’ve been searching for comparable gadgets that feature a ball divider down below, but nothing quite matches it. Even though it’s pretty long, it seems like an enjoyable option to wear, and I’m curious if anyone can identify exactly what device this is and where one might buy it. It could be custom-made, though I’m not entirely sure about the design details. I’ve included a quick sketch that leaves out any possibly explicit parts. Basically, it faces forward toward the camera, featuring a fairly tight ring in the center and an opening at the top for the head to pass through. Does anyone here wear something like this?
