I've read plenty about how keeping a penis locked inside a cage is absolutely fine.
But I disagree. I challenge anyone to get a medical expert's take on this matter. We probably all think we know better, but what would an actual doctor say? A urologist? IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE ROOM??? My guess is that we already know the answer.
The device can and very likely has caused damage to your penis. And it could be permanent. But hey, who cares about a group of self-absorbed kinksters obsessed with their genitals?:)

Yes. I have been out of the cage for nearly a month now. Yet, my erections haven't returned to normal. After taking a long break, my wife and I tried again recently. Now, when I get hard, it is at best 70% effective, and I cannot keep it up. Thanks to wearing a chastity device, I am effectively impotent. Aside from this, I consider myself in excellent health. Looking back, I deeply regret choosing this path.

Have you consulted a urologist? The impotence might or might not be linked to your time in chastity. It could simply be a coincidence rather than a direct cause. A specialist could help clarify the issue regardless of what caused it.

I might see a doctor soon, but please no drugs for me if possible! As far as I know, there isn't really physical therapy available for this specific issue either.
Either way, the connection doesn't seem coincidental. After my last release from the device, I didn't have an erection at all for three days.
