Since the redesign in Spring 2017, I’ve worn a device with a 1-1/4” inner diameter that extends slightly behind my glans ridge to protect my sensitive underside. I’ve also used his earlier model.
This past February, I requested he create one for me with an extra guard rod on the underside for added protection and a 1-3/16” ID. He accepts email orders and responds quickly. So don’t let the web form limit you if you already know what fits your needs.
The piece he made suits me perfectly.
I wore it continuously right from the start. My wife adored it, keeping me locked up for almost our whole vacation. I confidently passed through airport metal detectors without issue. We were daring, but I never accidentally popped it open.
(Maybe it’s because the device is light and 316 steel has low magnetism. If you overheat it during manufacturing, it can lose those non-magnetic properties, so Mark must be very careful with his welding.)
As of writing this, I’ve logged over 5528 hours (that’s 230 days) wearing a MaleChastityNow GlansArmor (version 2). My wife can put it on while I lie flat or spread out. She doesn’t need any assistance from me at all, which intensifies the power exchange dynamic significantly. I don’t have to do much when it comes to unlocking or relocking; in fact, she even scolds me if I try to touch it just because my precum makes the steel feel slick.
Sometimes after intense teasing, she does need to push the cage over my engorged glans, but she can insert the PA hook without pinching. That’s a relief compared to other devices where I felt that pinch. The older designs were more fiddly by comparison.
I’ve had a wider GlansArmor converted into a Contender cage style. I feel ball trap models need slightly more width, so that extra 1/16” of diameter was helpful.
Working with Mark and making small adjustments over time has helped me find the ideal fit. Since he isn’t backlogged for months on end like some others, you won’t have to wait forever for help or modifications. That’s part of why he calls himself MaleChastity*Now*
We’ve also used his high-security system featuring a numbered wire seal.
Do look into the GlansArmor; it’s an excellent choice for pierced men seeking a cage suitable for long-term wear in almost any situation.

PostScript: Comparisons
I do have experience with other designs:
With Rigid Chastity’s design, you need to wiggle your piercing onto the hook, so being a bit flexible helps. I’ve tried it.
The shaft-only devices from Lori are quite heavy; they need to be tight to support that weight. I couldn’t get them on unless I was completely flaccid, and I ended up with edema.:(
The PA-5000 hurt me and felt cheap; the lock seemed like it might break, and the plastic irritated my skin.
I found the Steelwerks Tube Jacket locking mechanism annoying because the underside pokes out and catches on things.
The knockoff version of the Steelwerks Securo was either too bulky with the PA lock or the right-angle interface of the PA Wand inside hurt my piercing.
I’ve tried PA wands in the older Glans Armor design. They are substantial but a bit fiddly to install. I don’t think my eyes ever opened wider than when I wore a 00ga PA wand inside my 1-1/4” ID GA (v1). When she got me erect, it felt like I was being squeezed from both the inside and outside. They are fun but not ideal for long-term wear.
I also have experience with other **chastity** setups involving a lock.

Postscript
I do have photos of my GA2 in my album and scattered across other posts. It is incredibly easy to urinate with—the post goes straight through the rods, so everything exits cleanly.
There’s one photo that demonstrates this well. I’ve gotten over my shyness, so please enjoy it while it's up.
Finally, I have an extra punishing version of the GA2 equipped with added cage rings on the back that compress my shaft down to 1-1/8”.
There is zero gap between my skin and the steel for that rear ring in any configuration. You can stretch out and try to slide a finger underneath it, but there’s no room. For some reason, this narrow band of constriction on the back causes absolutely zero edema. However, the more fully enclosed “narrow waist” designs I’ve tried exert too much pressure over a wider area, leading to swelling.
Those who desire more **punishment** can have it easily. Mark added mine as an extra step after production for a reasonable price and quick turnaround (it might have been based on an old Contender cage, but you get the idea).
My wife doesn’t use that version constantly; she only puts me in it when she wants to force my erection down so I can slip into it.:)
There is a huge advantage to custom-made steel from a maker who will turn around modifications quickly. You don’t need to start completely over each time.
