I take it you're looking for space so your testicles can move back through the rear ring. If that's what you want, though, you then have to deal with getting them back in again. While some men manage this (perhaps with a bit of trouble), I find it requires taking off the device. I don't believe there is one perfect answer here. Keeping your scrotum and testicles warm helps too. A profiled rear ring, like can reduce the tendency for the device to slide forward and press down on those areas. I've worn a strap before to hold the back ring in place, which was helpful. You might also consider ball-stretching; it could help over time, even if it's not an instant fix. In the long run, experimenting with different options is probably your best bet.
