Just had my frenum pierced as part of aiming for a permanent lock, unless wife wants to play. We have been dabbling for around a year with lockups in a holy trainer. The longest duration was three months. Now we are ready to make it permanent and have chosen the Bijou because it is hard to escape from and doesn’t trap the balls.

My questions: Regarding the piercing itself, I had it done at 12g. What gauge size do you recommend for the final device? Is a 12g sufficient or should I stretch to something larger? Will using a larger gauge affect sensitivity? Does anyone have experience measuring specifically for that cage?
