i’ve tried out numerous cages and rings of varying sizes, but I’m still dealing with really painful erections… the only solution seems to be using a string or super tight underwear to prevent the cage from sliding forward… it feels like the skin beneath my balls gets quite tender and it’s becoming very irritating… any suggestions? Also, yes, the cage is snug; there’s no wiggle room at all.
