Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I usually have the CB6000s on around the clock, but I’m looking for a metal cage that offers better security. The fit of the 6000s is nearly perfect, whereas this 50mm metal cage I’m currently wearing feels just a touch short. My urine flow is strong and there’s no discomfort, so everything seems normal. That said, I do get a marble-sized lump on one side that protrudes between the rings—probably excess fat tissue. After stroking for a bit, it appears to go down and things return to normal.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Are there any potential issues from wearing it long-term without addressing that bulge? Appreciate your help.
