I’m thinking about picking up a Lori’s tube. While chatting with someone about sizing, we discussed the discomfort that can happen during erections with this style of device. Since I definitely fit the ‘grower’ category, they suggested keeping it tight when flaccid to avoid putting too much pull on the penile artery (PA). But I hadn’t realized that a snug fit while erect might mean significant discomfort. Does anyone have experience with this? I really want to go for this device because I’m having trouble finding one that is easy to clean and stays secure.
