Mature Metal discussion

I’ve just taken out my broken HTv2, so I’m currently unlocked. My wife is planning to put me back into steel soon. I’m looking into the JB design; for context, I tend to be tight when cold but mostly loose otherwise, and I am uncut. Ignoring exact measurements, what do you think about these points? I’m curious: what constitutes a “perfect” design? My idea is a double oval ring where the main loop sits at the base (inside), positioned behind the exposed glans, with bars extending down along the outside of the shaft. This raises a few questions for me:

1. Does this ring sit behind the head/glans of an unenclosed penis?
2. How does it handle the retracted, loose foreskin?
3. Will there be pressure on the glans from the ring?
4. Does MM need to know the length of that exposed glans?
