I got a Bon4M Small delivered this morning and have had it on since. Ordering was straightforward; the unit ships from Thailand, taking roughly ten days to reach me. Peter in customer service is great—he even phoned me directly because his emails were bouncing back through my ISP’s spam filter, so he didn’t want me wondering about my order.
As for the hardware, it looks like cast stainless steel. The interior of the cage isn’t as polished as the exterior, but I haven’t noticed any rough patches or edges while wearing it. I might use a Dremel to smooth things out eventually, but there’s no rush. Peter mentioned that starting in April, they’ll add a short piece of surgical tubing over the hinge on the rings; for now, though, I don’t miss it.
It feels much more comfortable than my previous knock-off CB6000S plastic model. Because this is steel, the ring itself is thinner, which helps significantly. Even though the cage length and tube diameter are technically the same as a 6000S on paper, I feel less restricted in here, and erections hurt less (though they’re still annoying). My wife did some thorough T&D today to test my limits with this new setup. She brought me close to the edge twice; she offered plenty of chances for me to push over it, but I couldn’t quite do it myself. She enjoys how easy it is to access her fingers or a thin vibrator “finger” through the cage bars.
In summary, as many in chastity forums and blogs point out, moving from plastic to stainless steel is a major upgrade. If your measurements fit, I believe the Bon4M offers an excellent alternative to custom units without the high cost.
I plan to share a long-term update here after a few weeks. Docj
