Dripping fluid from the cage opening??

I’m a newcomer to self-KH and being in chastity. I’ve been locked non-stop for ten days now. It was manageable until last night when the key ended up at my workplace, leaving me stuck with intense, constant arousal that wouldn’t go away. This morning, I saw a thick, clear fluid leaking from the opening, looking just like pre-cum. Is this expected so soon after starting a lock?
