It was time to get a new chastity cage because I had grown bored with my old one. Usually, I bought those expensive name brands we all know about, but then I tried the inexpensive metal ones selling for around $75. They were well built yet heavy, so I gave up on them. Recently, I purchased a resin model for just $40 and figured what did I have to lose? To my surprise, it was lightweight and very comfortable. The best part is that you can use typical cabinet keys (yes, they are made for cabinet drawers/doors), which is something I wish others would do more often. They put a small hole at the opposite end of the cage so you can either use the key or lock mechanism or insert a plastic plug shaped like a key through the keyhole and then place a plastic lock through that plug for a solid fit. Some people think chastity means having the meanest, hardest device to escape from—preferably with a glued lock that never opens again—and I get it, but for me, chastity isn’t about my cage itself. I remained chaste for years before even seeing a chastity cage. Chastity is really about the promise you make to your key holder; if you have no key holder, you are in a different fetish called Celibacy which is much different but just as valid. The cornerstone of chastity is the power exchange between the man and his key holder. Without that dynamic, it isn’t true chastity, and the experience differs due to the lack of a key holder. There is plenty of sex in Chastity while there is none in celibacy—a big difference in goals. It may be a better experience, but it’s not chastity any more than wife swapping counts as cuckolding; I know because I did both.
Back to the main topic: there are some very good resin 3D printed cagers out there for low prices if you shop around. I bought one for $42 that two other places were selling for $60 and $79—same name, same quality. With 3D printing, all you need is the program to make the cage (which can be shared among us), so you can create the same things they do. This has made good quality and lightweight cages affordable to almost everyone. I know some who are into wearing a cager while pretending they cannot cum—something real chastity players know isn’t always true—and may not like lightweight ones because we all have different tastes. However, for those locked 24/7 for months or years, a lightweight cage is comfy and you hardly notice it’s there. I can jerk off in any of my 14 cages; that sort of defeats the purpose of chastity just as someone into pain play might not like being hurt.
Even Amazon sells them now, and I’ve read mainstream magazine articles about cagers and their benefits to spice up your sex life. Now you can get any type you want that will be comfortable for extended wear. However, if you lack self-control, no cage will prevent you from having an orgasm; just hold a vibrator up to it someday and see for yourselves. As I said, chastity is all about the power exchange and the promise not to give yourself an orgasm without permission.
If you haven’t looked for a new cager lately, I urge you to do so—they are stylish and comfy too. I just ordered what’s called a minus cage because the cage part doesn’t stick out but stays within the ring. A lot of guys like to pretend they have a small cock (I really do). Much larger penises don’t actually fit into any standard cager, and when I pee it goes all over my balls and stomach. Having a small cock never bothered me because I enjoyed oral more; back in my day, many men thought oral sex was gay so they avoided it, but I did it anyway, bringing girls to my bed via word of mouth. I also practiced analingus which everyone liked, even making some have orgasms their boyfriends couldn’t achieve. I leaned more toward BDSM where intercourse wasn’t central. One perk was that women preferred blowing me over fucking me and letting me do anal sex with them since it didn’t hurt. Being good-looking helped attract girls to my bed as well. Plus, most of my lovers were bisexual but not overly focused on cocks compared to pussies, so I had fun without anyone leaving unsatisfied—and being sterile meant no pregnancy worries. Over 30 women stayed in my bed—more than your average guy with a big dick.
I got off topic slightly. In short, getting stylish and comfy cagers is now available. For $40, if you shop around, you can stay chaste in comfort, just like me buying different styles for all occasions. You’d do better buying from someone in the US selling on eBay rather than waiting weeks to get it mailed from China (even Amazon often sources them from there).
OK, so these words lead up to saying that now there are inexpensive and good cagers made by 3D printing to keep costs down. I work from home with no one to talk to, so I write on forums.
