Cage Size and Width Revisited

I realize this topic has come up many times before, but as a newcomer here, I’d really value your input and viewpoint. Could you recommend the right inside diameter and length for a cage worn continuously (24/7/365)? I’m basing it on my flaccid member’s girth behind the head and its total length from scrotum to tip. For me, cage interior length is measured from the front inner wall of the cage out to the front edge of the base ring (with ‘front’ facing away from the body). There are plenty of micro cages available that appear to be only about an inch long. Is there a risk of tissue compression or damage over time? Thanks.
