I came across a discussion on another forum (yes, I don’t spend all my time here), and the author mentioned he was taken aback to find himself still locked for his birthday; his wife had explained that staying in chastity was actually her gift to him. This reminded me of moments back when our dynamic shifted from a playful game into something deeper. There was one instance, perhaps around a year after we began, where I caught a nasty stomach bug. It was awful—I felt terrible and things were definitely going out at both ends—so I took off work for several days, surviving on saltines and ginger ale. You get the idea. Anyway, about a week later as I started to recover, Mrs Edge pointed out she hadn’t even considered unlocking my cage. Not because she was being mean or anything; she simply assumed I wouldn’t have much desire anyway, and that if it became an urgent need for me, I would speak up. Of course, while I was sick, sex wasn’t on my mind, but looking back, there was something appealing about how seamlessly this had become a standard part of our routine that she never gave it another thought. This goes beyond the usual anecdotes you’d see in the “Hot things your keyholder said” thread. Has anyone else experienced similar moments?
