How Secure Can It Get?? (Continued)

Question for those of us in it for the long run.. once you switch to custom-made MM devices, can you still slip out to clean and then put everything back together, or does that get tricky? Does anyone use anti-pullout mechanisms like the Vice model, and do they actually work? I’m currently rocking a Holy Trainer V3. Slipping out for cleaning is super easy with it—same as my previous CB was. Is there really a tube or cage that truly stops pull-outs, or is it mostly just an honor system? My main concern is convincing my wife to believe me when I say I’m locked and kept by her. Pulling out should be tough enough that it’s not worth the risk of injury..I feel like no device offers 100% security. So what has been your most secure, inescapable option so far??
