Advice for Inserting into the Chastity Device

I’ve got a cb6000 right now. It’s tough for me to get it on because I tend to be quite aroused during the process. I’m currently working out the sizing so that my new device will end up being roughly half an inch shorter, but how am I supposed to manage putting it in? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
