Designing a Flatter Base Ring Underneath

During a caged erection, I find the pressure concentrates on the underside of the base ring. It seems like this is what most people experience.

It would be nice if custom devices had a slightly flatter section under the scrotum for the base ring. That way, the weight distributes across a wider surface. I know it’s tricky to manufacture, but it should offer more comfort.

That makes sense for why oval rings are preferred over round ones.
