Advice needed for choosing the right device

I’m fairly new to the site and still figuring things out. I owned a CB6000S which fit well enough, but it created a bit too much protrusion in my trousers for me to feel completely at ease when out. Do you have any suggestions for something that hides better? If there’s a smaller option available, I’m open to downsizing.
