Full Belts discussion

It finally arrived this Thursday, and on Friday my Wife decided to put it in me. The belt looked great, but it turned out to be extremely difficult to lock. The belt seems to be a fine fit, but shutting the lock took quite a bit of hard work. I was able to wear the belt for 17 hours including a decent night’s sleep. The belt seemed very restrictive, and worse - the skin from my scrotum kept getting stuck between the penistube and the shield - fairly painful too. My ADD might be contributing, and the skin is still sore… Since then it has only succeeded to lock the belt once - but for just an hour, because I was too tender. I expect it to take time before I can really wear the belt comfortably, but I had never imagined it would be so difficult to shut the lock. I hope to get some good advice as my journey continues.. For now, I could really use your advice on:

• how do we shut the lock? Any ideas?
• How can I avoid having my skin/scrotum get caught between the belt?
