Basically… has anyone here dealt with this? I really like how the Lori looks and it fits well enough. The main issue is the pain from those dull steel spikes. We could send it back to Lori for her to handle, but doing it ourselves would likely cost less and be much faster if we had the proper tools. Any insights?
