Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve got a V3 and I’m new to this. I wear it during the day while getting used to it. It’s the small version with a 36mm ring. Lately, I’ve noticed my device starts rotating, which causes one of my testicles to pinch more than usual. Occasionally, when it tugs, it feels like taking a punch in the gut. Adjusting is tricky because everything is snug and pinching; if I attempt to twist or pull, I can feel the tubes pulling too. As a result, I often need to unlock and reposition it. Is this typical? Honestly, without being able to access the lock for adjustments right now, I don’t think I could handle it.
