I’ve worn a Rikers device before and couldn’t keep it on for more than a few hours. The biggest ring included worked well, but the tube was too tight, which made putting it on quite difficult. From what I’ve read, CB Curve cages (or similar designs) seem better suited to bigger guys. Also, I’d love to hear thoughts on using metal versus plastic or silicone for extended wear.
