Steelworxx Locker 2 featuring a urethral insert. It comes with a ring; the ergonomic design measures 47mm. The overall length, including the ring, is 60mm. The cage has a diameter of 35mm. The plug fits standard removable dimensions. Includes one long key and two shorter keys that work well on key chains. I bought this gadget from here and cleaned it in the dishwasher. One minor issue: the urethral cap screw is missing, but you can replace it easily. Price is $225 via PayPal, shipping within the US only.
