Hi, I’m planning to purchase a Steelworxx Steelheart equipped with a PA Fixing. I’d like some guidance on whether I need to increase the tube’s diameter slightly to fit the fixing properly. My penis measures about 35mm (1.378 inches) across, and my initial thought is to get the Steelheart in that same 35mm size. Would it be better to choose a wider tube? Thanks for any tips or advice you can share!
