I enjoy being edged and denied; it doesn’t bother me. It feels erotic and very pleasant. What I’m noticing is that the frustrating part of my chastity isn’t the device itself, but rather: without it on, I think about sex every 20 seconds or so. With it in place, those thoughts come up easily every second. My wife seems to consider sex only once every four or five days.

We used to have intercourse (defined as any contact leading to an orgasm) one or two times a week, mostly because I started it, and I had daily orgasms through masturbation. Now we have less than weekly encounters since she is the one who initiates them. The quality of our new sexual interactions has improved significantly compared to before, offering more fulfillment. However, it can be annoying when your sex life is managed by a woman with other priorities and far lower libido than mine.

I had hoped that chastity would bring us increased contact—oral, manual, anal, etc.—rather than just fewer orgasms. But I suppose one must accept the good along with the bad.
