Best Underwear to Keep the Cage Securely in Place Discreetly

Hello - As time goes on with my cage locked, the briefs I’ve been wearing are starting to show wear and no longer secure the device properly. Also, although I like having the steel concealed in my trousers during daylight hours, I want them snug enough that my wife can spot it from bed and playfully tease me through the fabric. My standard cage features a 1.5-inch metal nub, so an oversized pouch isn’t necessary.
