Vasectomies and scar tissue

Eighteen years back I went through with a vasectomy. It felt like the wise and cost-effective choice at the time. If I had known then what I know now regarding scarring and related complications, I wouldn’t have done it. We’ve been taking some time off due to inflammation in my scrotum. It wasn’t bothering me for quite a while but has flared up recently. My scar tissue has been examined multiple times; there’s no malignancy (cancer), yet it causes significant pain. I suspect the Bon4 might be contributing, and I’m eager for my Steelheart to arrive. Steelworxx says it should get here within two weeks.
