- lock accompanied by two keys! This device serves as an excellent tube for extended wear if you have ample size OR it makes a fantastic short-term plaything for those of average proportions. A KeyHolder can torment you endlessly while allowing you to achieve nearly full rigidity within the cage. It is incredibly aggravating yet highly enjoyable!! Also suits high-set, taut scrotums nicely. Functions somewhat like an integrated ball stretcher.
