I’m wondering… Has anyone of you experienced a discipline or punishment that transformed your life, helping you improve as a submissive or slave?

Corporal punishment is my big thing. Fortunately, my wife doesn’t mind suspending my bare body by the wrists and delivering a good amount with both cane and paddle.
