CB Range discussion

Hi all. This boy has started noticing a somewhat strange problem with his chastity belt (CB). On the underside of the cage, just below where the device opens up to create space for the head, there is a T-junction where three plastic parts come together. This boy’s skin has begun getting caught in that spot; on a couple of occasions when he slipped into the cage, a small piece of skin beneath his penis got trapped. He feels a mild stinging sensation and tries pulling out to see what’s wrong. The problem is, the skin remains stuck and gets pulled quite painfully as it stretches in two directions: one way by the penis moving away from it, and the other by the skin itself being held tight in the crack.

This boy eventually freed it after some maneuvering and discovered that the skin had actually torn slightly, resulting in a bit of bleeding…

He managed to get the device back on without trouble this time. However, now when he gets aroused while wearing it and everything tightens up, the skin catches again. When his penis shrinks and retracts just a little, the tugging returns, which shows as a slight pinprick of pain below his penis after he goes soft inside the device.

To clarify, this new open space is on the bottom side of the device, on the interior, right over where the two pieces meet within that textured block-shaped part. This boy’s skin gets trapped there in a vertical line running straight down the center of the block. This leads him to believe these are the first signs of the device splitting apart, as there is now new room for his skin to get caught inside.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Does anybody have any solutions? This boy tried applying lubricant below the penis using Q-tips, but that didn’t help much. Now he’s considering using a scratch filler product, perhaps one meant for eyeglasses—the kind that fills in small cracks. If this boy applies it and then wipes over the top to remove excess material, theoretically, it should leave behind a smooth surface.
