Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’m hoping a more experienced user can guide me on the HTv2 fit.

I’ve just started trying to sleep in the device, gradually lasting longer into the night with each attempt. Last night I woke up in pain and initially thought it was another hard-on, but this time my penis had essentially forced its way out of the tube. With no hope of getting it back inside, I had to give in and remove the device; thankfully I’m still within the trial period and kept the key handy!

I’ve struggled to find a device that fits because I seem to have rather low-hanging testicles which cause the ring to slip down. This is combined with the usual issue of being a grower.

I’ve attached a picture showing last night’s situation, hoping someone can offer advice on either the device itself or its usage to prevent this from happening again. I’m wearing the smallest available ring so simply switching to an even smaller size isn’t an option right now.
