Hello everyone, I’m currently locked in a Mature Metal Jailbird, which I’ve owned for about two years. It’s been working well overall, though I feel the length should be shortened by roughly half an inch. My only slight complaint is that occasionally my foreskin gets caught as it sticks out through the device, pinched between the metal and my clothes. It isn’t a huge deal and I manage fine with it, but while looking into other options for my next piece of gear, I’d like to find something that might ease this specific problem. MM mention they can flip the bars around so they push clothing away from the cage body to help prevent this pinching, but reviews suggest it’s somewhat inconsistent depending on who wears it. Since I have a longer-than-average foreskin, my worry is that shortening the cage length could actually make things worse. I really like Ms Lori’s designs (even if they are definitely at the higher price point), and I’ve reached out to them for recommendations. They suggested the #2a, with or without a retainer ring. However, at over $600, I’m holding back from jumping in! What appeals to me about Lori’s devices is that they seem to take more measurements along the shaft for a more customized fit, which should mean better comfort. So basically; I’m evaluating different cages and would love to hear from anyone else who has dealt with similar issues or can share any tips? Thanks so much - HiC
