Alright, I’m doing a lot more traveling these days and taking the Jail Bird along is something I can do, but I’d prefer to keep access to the key if possible. My goal is to locate a cage that gets through metal detectors for brief trips. Ideally it has a plastic or silicone construction with matching base ring and lock.

The height should be short (1.25 - 1.5”) and while cost matters, I’m willing to pay more if the quality justifies it.

I’ve noticed people recommending both the CB series and Holy Trainer models, but since I am still early in my journey, any advice or insights you have are welcome.

What would you suggest?
