We were already feeling used by people constantly asking for our help, while we struggled to say no when the plumber called again, delaying the start of our new bathroom for yet another week. We’d already sent the children away so that the demolition and building could begin. We were ready to oversee the project whilst decorating a back bedroom and finishing up some studies. As we neared our destination, we had to pull into a petrol station to ask for final directions. Apparently SatNavs don’t pick up on that area very well, making it easy to get lost. We made the call and headed toward our final stop. Driving down the country lane, I admired the few large manor-type houses nearby. We turned into a driveway leading to a courtyard completely enclosed by high brick walls at the front, with three buildings connected around the other three sides. Tom was standing in the black porchway to greet us. We made small talk while we carried our bags inside. We went straight to the kitchen, and Tom gave us a tour, starting with the food in the fridge (yummy!) and the wine and chocolates (double yummy), plus how to work the heating… just like a normal self-catering cottage weekend. He then explained that the back door led to a private garden which was also completely secluded; we could go out there without being overlooked. We walked back through the hallway, and BAM, there was the huge playroom. Trying not to look too overwhelmed, we nodded and hummed as he showed us all the equipment. There was a large frame with various attachment points in the middle of the room. It had a swinging platform where a leather body bag was laid out (we were shown the rubber alternative in case that was what we preferred). They showed us how to remove this platform to release the St Andrews cross from the top of the frame. To the right of the door was a beautiful throne with a kneeling mat stored underneath. Next to it, a cage built under the stairs with rubber matting and sheets on the floor. Then there was a cupboard full of electrostim equipment, and several wall rails filled with nipple clamps, paddles, blindfolds, floggers… more toys than I knew what to do with. (Oh, what exactly does one do with compressed air?!?!) On the main wall hung a bondage wheel. We were shown how to release it to move into other positions. By this time pet was drooling, and then his eyes caught on the selection of hoods, along with an isolation cupboard “in case someone needed some quiet time!”. Next to that was a whipping bench and a large leather cage suspended from the ceiling. Finally for this room, there was a rail of ropes, rubber outfits, more masks and hoods, and several body bags of varying descriptions. Back out to the hallway, we were shown the downstairs bathroom, which served as a wetroom for water sports. There were plenty of bits of equipment for enemas, medical inspections, plastic aprons and gloves, plus one of those throne/toilet seats where you can place the submissive’s head in. As if we hadn’t seen enough, we were led upstairs to the gallery playroom. Another huge room filled with gear. A cage in the corner had an office-type chair inside it, with a neck hole through the top of the box. The gallery overlooked the leather cage suspension, which could be raised to the gallery level if desired. There was an inspection chair and another bondage cross, both electrically operated for every position you could ever want. A lush black leather sofa graced one wall, and another whipping bench completed the lineup. Oh… I mustn’t forget to mention the fucking machine! Mmmmmm! Another bathroom led off from here with a double shower. Finally we were shown across the landing to the bedroom “if we have time to sleep!”. Very cutely decorated, flowery and pretty, pine furniture… very B&B until you notice the red throne against the wall with a big black dildo in the middle, plus the curved bench at the foot of the bed with a hole for the subject’s penis. Off this room was a wonderful large Jacuzzi bath. Tom took us back to the kitchen and relieved us of our cash. He explained that no one else was due after us, so we didn’t need to hurry off at 10:30; we could stay until 12:30 if we liked. He told us what to do in an emergency and left us all alone in the big house, surrounded by dungeon equipment…
