Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’m venturing into new territory. The longest period I’ve spent in chastity is three weeks, but now my wife wants me to hold out until the end of November as a wedding anniversary gift for her. My concern is that she loves teasing me two or three times each week, and I’m looking for advice on how to handle it. I want to make it through this period, though I am anxious about how things will progress. Does the sexual tension stabilize after a while? Is more frequent or less frequent teasing better? Any suggestions would be great.
