Making Things Tougher for Meself (wordplay included)

It appears that whenever I have the device secured and know masturbation is off limits, as well as touching myself, I eventually find myself browsing the web (or watching TV) seeking out various things that arouse me. I don’t quite understand why, but I get myself all worked up while fully aware there isn’t much to be done except perhaps some precum. When my device is off, this happens far less often; knowing nothing stands in my way makes me more cautious about touching. Occasionally, if I put enough effort into it, I can reach orgasm even with the device on. Since then, however, I’ve managed to stop myself before getting anywhere near that point.
