Advantages and Disadvantages of Having a Praeputial Annular (PA) Penile Piercing

Extendedram has been locked pretty much 24/7 since his CB6000s arrived. For me it’s a mindtrip that he’s locked and held away waiting for me to play with him, or let him out to serve me.
